Centrient Pharmaceuticals is wholly owned by Bain Capital Private Equity, a leading global private investment firm.The PositionSupport role to Legal Affairs and its activities to ensure full compliance with Centrient’s policies and procedures.The main activities and responsibilities- Screen all Centrient business partners and all related parties in automated screening tools in continuous dialogue with Sales and Procurement functions.- Report upon and centrally archive all screening reports and relevant documentations.- Assist in information requests on Third Party Due Diligence (including Trade Controls and Know Your Customer (KYC) from (internal and external) risk assessments, audits etc.- Manage Legal’s contract management system (Legisway) in order to be up-to-date, including filing. Support all lawyers with such tasks.- Assist and prepare, monitor, report Legal trainings.- Broad administration tasks for Legal Affairs: i) assist in ensuring that all Legal Affairs procedures, policies and tools are up-to-date and well-functioning.- Support all lawyers on tasks: e.g. ii) arrange administration tasks in broad sense, e.g. signing of contracts and various documents. Archiving support: iii) organize Legal public folders; iv) arrange all facility duties of Legal Affairs.- Support on implementing programs like Compliance, Legal and Corporate Governance.- Assist in contract management procedure.- Co-operate with all Centrient Legal Counsels in daily activities and participate in accomplishment of mission and tasks of Centrient Legal Affairs.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in law or other related fields.- At least 5 years experience in a multinational company environment.- At least Intermediate Vocal Education (Legal Secretarial).- Excellent in English, both in written and spoken.- Strong organizational and communication skills.- Ability to set priorities.- Ability to multitask and work (fast) under time pressure.- Service-minded, responsive and precise working style.- Strong and flexible team player.- Results-driven- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Sharepoint and various other systems).- Ability to work with confidential information.Terms and rewardWe offer a local contract in a challenging, comprehensive, operational environment, with many opportunities for personal input and growth and plenty of discussions with other professionals.
