Gestor de Punto de Venta
Reporting to the Key Account Manager, the Point of Sale Manager aims to act as a brand ambassador, ensuring effective communication of the brand's values while managing the point of sale comprehensively.Responsibilities
Deeply understand the characteristics of the brand's products.Advise and sell products to the final customer.Create, suggest, and implement various promotions at the point of sale.Support the sale of the brand's products.Achieve sales objectives for promotions.Assist the KAM and Sales Delegates in negotiations with small clients (sell-in).Support training activities at the point of sale (training external sales staff).Monitor merchandising points.Maintain the brand image at visited points of sale, mainly through merchandising, window displays, and stock supervision.Implement and supervise marketing actions in the area.Report on competitors and the level of compliance with commercial agreements.Maintain good public relations with visiting clients (points of sale).Present and train staff on new brand products to management and sales staff.Profile
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related field;
or FP.Tools:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Intermediate level.Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury perfumery and cosmetics.Experience managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.Dynamic, proactive, customer-focused, and commercial profile.Negotiation and networking skills.High degree of autonomy.Languages:
English C1 and/or French (desirable).Availability to travel.Driver's license.Location:
