We are seeking a Transformational Innovation Director to join our Marketing Europe team. The role involves:
Creating the European transformational agenda for the Noodles category, including innovation, branding strategy, industrial mapping, and new technologies.
Defining a European branding strategy aligned with our strategic plan for accelerated growth.
Leading key projects to drive category growth.
Coordinating cross-functional teams (Insights, R&D, Procurement, Operations) to develop end-to-end solutions.
Participating in strategic frameworks like European Strategic Plans and Innovation Strategy.
Partnering with the European Noodles Expansion Lead and local markets for unified growth strategies.

Requirements:
Over 10 years of marketing experience in FMCG.
Experience in both local and international Brand Management & Innovation roles.
Proven success in strategic and operational change, improving business performance.
Deep understanding of the "Marketing Laws of Growth."
Open-minded, innovative, and willing to learn from failures.
Excellent strategic thinking and storytelling skills.
Proactive, quick learner, and team-oriented with influencing skills.
Strong analytical and planning skills.
Excellent consumer and customer insights.
Proficiency in English; Spanish and/or Italian are a plus.
