We are hiring an Account Delivery Manager for Portuguese + English in a leading multinational technology company. This temporary contract position will run for one year and is based in Sant Cugat, Barcelona, with a hybrid model.

What will you do?
* Manage and nurture key customer relationships
* Act as the main point of contact for strategic discussions and escalations
* Drive customer engagement and retention initiatives
* Analyze customer feedback and performance data to identify improvements
* Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
* Track billing processes and invoice deadlines
* Support account management operations and reporting
What are we looking for?
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Experience, CRM or similar roles
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Analytical mindset and customer‑oriented approach
* Experience working in dynamic and international environments
* Portuguese and English required (Spanish is highly valued)
* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields preferred
