We are looking for a data-driven and proactive Ecommerce Digital Analyst to support and help drive momentum across our e-commerce operations, UX/UI research, and digital performance initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
* Conducting analysis and creating actionable insights using digital data and internal tools.
* Creating reports and reviewing metrics to identify areas of continuous improvement initiatives throughout our digital touchpoints and email marketing channels.
* Analyzing page traffic and working with the UX/UI research team to better evaluate and understand user interaction.
* Creating dashboards leveraging new and existing data sources that will be used to drive team goals, and next steps.
* Reviewing and summarizing A/B testing results to enhance commercial goals and improve the Customer’s digital experience.
* Reporting on the Customer’s digital interactions with each of our touchpoints (desktop, mobile, kiosks) and communicating them to all levels of leadership.
* Ad hoc requests and addressing stakeholder needs in a data-driven way
Requirements:
* Min. 2 years of experience in digital analytics.
* Strong proficiency with data analytics and analyzing large datasets to produce actionable insights for digital platforms.
* Experience with dashboards and visualization tools—Tableau, Looker preferred.
* Experience with UX research and AB testing in the context of online sales.
* Familiarity with ecommerce reporting tools: GA4, Quantum Metric.
* Strong understanding of SQL for querying, managing and analyzing large datasets.
* Experience with scripting languages like Python or R (a plus).
* Self-starter and able to proactively reach out to and communicate/collaborate with all levels
