Senior Localization Project Manager - Life Sciences
The Life Sciences Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, tracking, delivery, and closure of client projects. The Project Manager collaborates with clients to understand requirements and coordinates with the global team to fulfill these needs.
Responsibilities
* Design and monitor the entire project lifecycle, from pre-production to client delivery, ensuring correct execution.
* Set work guidelines for the project.
* Lead internal project launch meetings as needed and attend client visits related to the project.
* Participate in daily production monitoring meetings led by the Lead Project Manager.
* Ensure correct final project delivery, focusing on punctuality and quality compliance.
* Close projects on the TMS and complete necessary data for external vendor purchase orders.
* Lead the resolution of any client quality issues.
* Manage post-production changes and keep customer-specific resources up-to-date, collaborating with Quality Controllers if necessary.
* Control the project budget and work towards improving gross profit margins.
* Decide on the production team based on project needs and establish effective communication and negotiation channels.
* Work hours are from 9am to 6pm EST.

Requirements
* Fluent in English, with strong writing and speaking skills.
* Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with relevant industry experience; equivalent work experience is acceptable.
* Experience working with large clients.
* Active participation in new client sales cycles, including presentations, analysis, recommendations, and relationship development.
* Experience managing financial budgets, reconciliation, and reporting.
* Experience with Translation Management Systems.
Work hours are from 9am to 6pm EST. Benefits include national public holidays, three weeks of vacation per year, and a work laptop.
