As we continue to expand globally, we’re focused on building high-performing teams across business and operations functions. Recruiting top talent is one of the most important plays in our game plan, and this role is central to making that happen. We’re looking for a Sales Support & Operations Coordinator to work directly with our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This is a unique opportunity to join early, support a senior executive, and help shape our Barcelona office as it grows. The role blends executive support, sales operations, and day-to-day coordination.
Responsibilities
* Manage CRM updates (HubSpot, Salesforce), sales pipeline reports, and customer data accuracy.
* Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations in coordination with the sales and legal teams.
* Coordinate between sales, product, and finance to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliverables.
* Handle vendor and partner communications as needed.
* Identify process improvements and implement tools to streamline workflows.
* Support the CCO with scheduling, travel, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
* Provide input into building and eventually leading a support team as the office expands.
Qualifications
* 3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Business Support, or Executive/Commercial Coordination in a SaaS or technology company.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive mindset.
* Strong written and verbal communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
* Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), Google Workspace, Slack, and similar tools.
* High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment.
