Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality SAP application support and maintenance services
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients
* Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
* E nsure all services meet client expectations
* Lead project teams - functional and technical
* Identify and implement process improvements and automation ideas
* Oversee progress of all developments
* Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance reports
* Maintain compliance with contractual service levels
* Proactively mitigate risks and detect issues
