Coordinate change and replanning during daily operations at airports and ports, managing last-minute bookings and amendments.Deliver information to the service delivery team and suppliers to ensure on-time services, optimizing costs and load factors.Replan quickly according to vehicle availability.Provide first-line transfer support to the service delivery team.Solve daily operational incidents related to TUI Group services, ensuring Service Level Agreements are met.Ensure timely and efficient collection of operational information for invoicing, in accordance with standards.
