Who we ́re looking for
We are looking for a Legal & Compliance Assistant to support our Chief Compliance Officer in the daily operations of the Compliance function. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of regulatory developments in the European crypto space and gain hands-on experience in MiCA, AML/CTF, and financial regulation.
What you ́ll be doing
* Support the drafting, review, and organization of legal and compliance documentation (policies, procedures, regulatory submissions, contracts, etc.).
* Assist in the preparation of filings and communications with regulators and external legal advisors.
* Help structure and maintain internal compliance trackers, document repositories, and version control.
* Conduct legal and regulatory research on topics such as MiCA, AML/CFT regulations, DORA, PSD2, and other EU frameworks.
* Assist in preparing board and committee materials, meeting minutes, and compliance reports.
* Support day-to-day compliance monitoring tasks and internal controls.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to collect, verify, and structure information
Who you are & what you ́ll need
* Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) is required.
* 1–3 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory fields (internships count).
* Postgraduate studies in Compliance, Data Protection, or related fields — or any specialized compliance or data protection training — is a strong plus.
* Knowledge of AML/CTF or crypto/fintech regulation is a strong plus.
* Excellent organizational skills — ability to bring structure to complex tasks.
* Strong research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
