- Architect & Maintain: Lead the design, architecture, and enhancement of our LLM-based platform. You will be responsible for high-level technical decisions regarding the python or Node.js and React ecosystem
- Technical Strategy & Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business vision into scalable technical requirements. Lead cross-functional alignment between engineering teams
- System Performance: Architect applications for extreme speed and reliability. Own the strategies for scaling to handle high traffic and complex real-time data processing
- Security Leadership: Design and oversee robust authentication and authorization frameworks (Identity Server, OAuth2, OpenID Connect). Ensure the platform meets enterprise-grade security standards for data protection
- Engineering Excellence: Set the standard for clean, maintainable, and testable code. Lead rigorous code reviews and establish “best practice” guidelines for the entire engineering team
- Mentorship & Team Growth: Actively mentor junior and mid-level developers. Drive a culture of technical growth, peer learning, and collaborative problem-solving
- AI Innovation: Stay at the bleeding edge of AI/LLM trends. Beyond application, you will evaluate and integrate emerging tools to enhance product intelligence
- Operational Reliability: Lead the troubleshooting of complex, systemic issues across the stack. Implement proactive monitoring to ensure high availability
