We are looking for a person eager to start their professional career in B2B demand generation and go-to-market consulting, to join our team in the Bilbao office, developing as a Sales Development Representative in the European market, with a special focus on the DACH area, who is fluent in Spanish, English, and German.
WHAT IS A JUNIOR SDR AT THE REVENUE?
It is a recent graduate or a student in their final year of university, with a high level of English, German, and Spanish, who will start their career in B2B prospecting, learning the most advanced demand generation methodologies and tools while actively contributing to client acquisition in the European market.

JUNIOR SDR RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and build target contact databases
Qualify leads through research and initial contact
Use intent data to identify potential leads
Support in the preparation and follow-up of commercial meetings
Manage CRM tools and update contact information
Student in the final year of university or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or Engineering
Previous experience in internships related to sales, digital marketing, or B2B customer service is a plus
Demonstrable fluent English (C1) - MANDATORY
Demonstrable fluent German (C1) - MANDATORY
Demonstrable fluent Spanish (C1) - MANDATORY
Optimistic, enthusiastic, and with a commercial mindset
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Structured career plan within the demand generation area (SDR, SDR Senior, Team Lead)
