Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the local sales strategy aligned with the company’s long-term development goals and market strategy, implementing proactive sales approaches to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
* Develop sales plans and budgets tailored to the regional market, driving strategic market expansion and identifying potential business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key customers.
* Oversee the entire sales process, from customer demand analysis, technical solution discussions, bid negotiations, to contract signing, coordinating with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
* Conduct in-depth market research and analysis, including national policies, channel information, and product trends, to implement effective market strategies.
* Lead regional marketing initiatives, participate in international exhibitions, industry forums, and branding activities to enhance the company's global recognition.
* Implement company strategies and policies, monitor payment collections, and ensure risk control.
* Track industry trends (e.g., microgrids, virtual power plants, and emerging applications) to guide product development that meets market demands.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in energy storage systems (C&I / large-scale storage), PCS, microgrids, or related products.
* Candidates with an established customer network are preferred.
* Familiarity with international business development, sales expansion, contract negotiation, and risk management.
* Experience in C&I energy storage or microgrid projects is a plus.
* Strong understanding of energy storage system parameters and the ability to present products and communicate technical solutions independently.
* Deep knowledge of the target region’s market culture and business practices, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
* Proven ability to develop and manage the local market with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
* Strong sense of responsibility, keen observation skills, teamwork spirit, and professionalism.

Additional Requirements:

* Fluency in Spanish and English.
* Solid driving skills and a valid driver’s license.
