Role Overview
Partners + Napier is seeking an experienced Google Ads Manager to oversee MCC-level and multi-account campaign management across a diverse client portfolio. This role requires strong organizational skills, advanced platform expertise, and the ability to manage performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple Google Ads accounts through MCC structures
- Oversee campaign performance across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max
- Monitor spend, pacing, and performance across all linked accounts
- Implement consistent account structures, naming conventions, and best practices
- Analyze cross-account performance trends and optimization opportunities
- Execute budget reallocation strategies across multiple clients or campaigns
- Conduct account audits and performance reviews
- Collaborate with account managers, strategists, and analytics teams
- Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and agency standards
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing Google Ads accounts
- Proven experience working with MCC and multi-account structures
- Strong understanding of performance optimization at scale
- Experience with Smart Bidding, Performance Max, and automation
- Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Google Ads certification preferred
