This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned, bilingual (Spanish and English) General Manager who excels in high-end, experiential environments and is passionate about leading dynamic teams in remote destinations.

The Role
The General Manager will oversee daily resort operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, team performance, and high service standards throughout the year. They will lead a team of 25–40 staff, managing various departments and driving operational efficiency and team development.
Qualifications
* Fluent in both Spanish and English
* Proven experience in hotel or resort leadership, preferably in remote or international settings
* Hands-on management style, actively involved in daily operations
* Strong leadership and team development skills, capable of motivating a diverse team
* Guest-focused with a commitment to high standards
* Willingness to relocate and adapt to a remote, immersive resort environment
