About The Role : HR Service Partner
You support our employees and managers who are based in different countries by guiding them using our systems, answering questions they have on our compensation, benefits, leave and global HR processes such as the performance and merit & bonus cycle. You work together with the HR Business Partners, Recruiters and other HR colleagues to provide the best HR service for our employees and managers. You will be part of the enthusiastic HR Shared Services team and report to the HR Shared Service Centre who is based in Amersfoort, the Netherlands.
Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in HR.
Fluent in Dutch & English, other languages are a plus.
Experience using Microsoft programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel.
Experience in Workday and other HR Systems are considered a plus.
