ROLE PURPOSE

Ngenla® & Somvert® CBL will be accountable for leading the strategy & plan. Will work close to Endocrine lead to ensure a successful launch for Ngenla® & Somavert® maximization always with a patient centric approach.
- Develop sales forecasts after having defined robust assumptions.
- Accountable for the planning, spending & controlling of budgets, developing regular forecast updates to aid financial planning.
- Develop strong analysis to manage competitors’ evolution and impact on growth hormon/acromegaly market.
- Manage estimated patient’s tracker with insights collected from the team.
- Works in coordination with Core XFT to align patient model, financial submissions and SI&A; resources for operating plans and forecasts.
- Participate as the MKT lead in large XFT team for Ngenla ® and Somavert®
- Monitor launch KPIs for Ngenla®
- Collaborate with Global to ensure seamless and timely localization of General strategy and plan. Co-create with Global when needed.
- Design & execute local brand strategic & operational plan for Ngenla ® and Somavert®
- Lead mkt materials for Ngenla ® and Somavert®. Accountable for GMCA with “Mkt owner” role.
- Supplement core programmes with additional activities required as necessary to meet customer needs and drive growth.
- Builds the omnichannel strategies and models for Ngenla® & Somavert®
- Ensure transition from Genotropin® to Ngenla® as new standard of care, assessing the market/stakeholders, access environment and patient insights.
- Prioritizes activities based on timing and opportunity with strong cross functional leadership of country ensuring alignment with Glocal 2.0 model.
- Participation in Glocal 2.0 roundtables.
- Ensures full understanding of current treatment paradigms and patient journey, HCP and payer attitudes towards endocrine portfolio understanding competitor’s landscape.
- Conducts all activities and makes decisions that are in accordance with Company policies &; SOPs, Pfizer Value, &; regulatory guidelines (including cGMP/cGLP/cGCP), environmental guidelines, as appropriate, etc.
- Coordinate with customer facing colleagues including MSLs, commercial, KAM, HAS, etc.
- Deep understanding of the local customer marketplace.
- Ability to refine activities based on customer insights collection and market challenges understanding.
- Map KOLs in collaboration with XFT.
- Work together with PAGs team to ensure Ensures a Patients First approach is taken with all key strategies and tactics a patient centric strategy.
- Develop long-term relationships with patient advocacy groups, recognizing the importance of co-creation and partnerships.
- Be assertive to ensure XFT collaboration and execution of key activities.
- Actively participate in the definition of the "value proposition" for key stakeholders (payers, decision makers, KOLs,) with the XFT team.
- Support product training plan.
- Lead Cycle meetings for Ngenla ® and Somavert®
- Provide constructive feedback and support to cross functional team colleagues.
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive culture where colleagues can learn from one another.
- Provide own expertise and knowledge to help develop others.

Skills, Knowledge, QUALIFICATIONS, Experience
- University degree (preferred scientific & marketing background).
- +5 years pharmaceutical experience (mkt, sales, etc).
- Deep knowledge of local pharmaceutical market and healthcare environment.
- Strong strategic mindset, analytic and business acumen.
- Patients First mindset.
- Proven accountability & record in XFT leadership, project management and delivering on budget and time.
- Relationship management: demonstrate track record of ability to influence others without authority and customer facing skills.
- Actively supports positive team culture.
- KOL engagement experience.
- Develops and champions new ideas.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Dynamic, energetic, innovative, and strong and active team player.
- Must have excellent organization skills/ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of working collaboratively with others across functions.
- Experience in developing innovative digital approaches to business challenges and a forward-looking mindset regarding digital transformation.
- Has complete understanding of all relevant compliance laws, policies, and processes.
- Understanding of Pfizer internal tools (Veeva, GCMA, etc).
- Innovation leadership.
- Spanish & English fluent.
