Role Overview UST, a multinational digital technology services company, seeks a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with strong core experience in T24. The role involves working closely with development teams to influence business operations and the T24 technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring T24 solutions align with business needs and technical feasibility.
Analyze existing T24/InfoBasic code to assess feasibility of business requirements and propose solution options.
Discuss and evaluate software design options with the engineering lead, focusing on supportability and extensibility.
Write and review user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin syntax.
Participate in production defect triage, performing root cause analysis and contributing to resolution.
Ensure delivery of robust, high-quality T24 solutions aligned with business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience Strong hands‐on experience with Temenos Transact (T24) platform.
Experience with T24 Securities, TAFJ framework, and code library management.
Expertise in local code development using InfoBasic, TAFJ componentized code, and OFS processing.
Keen understanding of complex T24 customizations and T24 programming concepts.
Solid knowledge of T24 data model and Oracle database storage.
Hands‐on experience in T24 functional modules, especially Fees & Charges, Core Securities, Corporate Actions, Security Master, TPH, Futures & Options, and full lifecycle.
Deep expertise in T24 Delivery module, including SWIFT/MX, Core Securities, Corporate Actions, AA, Accounting, Money Market, and Market Data modules.
Strong understanding of front, middle, and back‐office securities operations.
Good understanding of system integration patterns.
Excellent written and spoken English.
