Integrated into the AMS department and under the supervision of an AMS Team Manager, the Senior SAP HCM PY Consultant is responsible for supporting our outsourced SAP customers :
Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and technical activitiesManage simple tickets after receiving functional analysis and guidance on technical implementationGenerate maintainable, bug-free code and customizations following Alight best practicesConduct system tests using provided or self-generated data to ensure applications meet specificationsProvide technical and functional documentation on issues handledManage daily priorities and tickets, ensuring deadlines are met, and report progress to the Team ManagerMaintain communication channels and report status, resolution, and root cause of issuesUnderstand HR flows and SAP HR architectureAs a senior agent, responsibilities include coaching junior agents, supporting legal changes in France, and serving as a subject matter expert on SAP PY.What we ask for :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Technical field, or equivalentFluent in French;
