What You'll Do
Identify and engage independent hotels across Southern Spain
Sign new deals and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities
Conduct product demonstrations and present Noovy's value proposition
Attend industry events, trade fairs, and hospitality exhibitions
Build long-term relationships with hotel decision-makers
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams
Share market insights and customer feedback to support product development
Travel regularly to meet prospects and customers
What You Bring
~ Native-level Spanish and professional English
~2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience within hospitality, travel, or hotel technology
~ Strong relationship-building and networking skills
~ Experience using CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot
~ Self-motivated and comfortable xhfqzwm working independently
~ Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
~ Full work authorization in Spain (no visa sponsorship available)
~ Based in Southern Spain

~ Base salary of €3,000–€3,500 gross per month, depending on experience
~ Quarterly commission and annual bonus (up to €65,000 OTE)
