You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities, and positioning the organisation as a trusted partner for high-quality, cost-effective CDMO services.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute commercial strategy to achieve annual revenue and growth targets.Identify and secure new business opportunities with pharma and biotech clients.Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closure.Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, operations, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences.Provide accurate forecasting, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.Ideal Candidate Profile 8+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within a pharma CDMO, ideally focused on solid oral dosage forms (FDF / OSD).
