What you'll do:
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
* Provide friendly and personalized support with empathy and professionalism
* Identify and resolve customer needs, escalating internally when needed
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
* Maintain satisfaction and loyalty through outstanding service
What we're looking for:
* Native-level Dutch (C2), fluent in English (B2 or higher)
* Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
* Comfortable using tools like Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM systems
* Able to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
