The job is located at the company head office in Madrid. Coloplast is a leading international healthcare company that strives to make a difference to people with intimate healthcare needs. The job
As a Market Manager you will report to the Marketing Director for Spain. You will be in charge of developing, implementing and communicating the marketing strategy and plan, and subsequently ensuring a solid execution of the activity plan for a new group of products.
Your tasks will be:
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for products, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
3. Maintain up-to-date marketing information and product knowledge.
4. Translate market dynamics, user demography, and information gathered from advisory boards and key opinion leaders into actionable insights.
5. Maintain and optimize relations with key opinion leaders and patient boards.
6. Work with customer groups to obtain feedback on current and next-generation products.
7. Implement international materials into local campaigns.
8. Continuously drive and stimulate sales of our products within the department, working closely with Territory Managers and health care professionals.
Qualifications & Requirements
We imagine that you:
9. Holds a master’s degree in marketing, business administration or health science.
10. Have 5+ years of marketing experience, knowledge or exposure to med-tech, medical device or similar industry.
11. Can demonstrate solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to secure a strong dialogue and cooperation.
12. Possess strong on- and off-line marketing competencies as well as business acumen.
13. Have an excellent command of the Spanish and English language.
14. Sales experience is an asset
15. You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
