Drive sales, close deals – take actions for all sales related topics in sales areaManage and grow customer platform – enhance market penetration, exploit customer potential and systematically increase share-of-walletFoster Omnichannel sales steering – actively distribute contacts to alternative channelsFocus on high potential customers for individual visits;
prepare, plan, and postwork of customer visitsPromote and focus on application-based sellingPosition Berner as a premium brand, leader in chemicals, and reliable business consultantHandle objections/delivery/quality claims, negotiate terms and conditions, actively manage marginEnsure data quality in systems (customer card, interaction reports, etc.);
adhere to tour plan/contact schemeAnalyze and influence all sales area related KPIs – primarily sales/turnover across all channelsRegularly report to superior, align action plans, and ensure delivery of sales targets/budgetsSHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES
Roll-out of pricing concepts, margin impact, positioning of brandPlan annually and align on operational targets and sales plans (in coordination with district manager)Support sales team (sales reps;
