We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team to further drive the growth of the business. This remote role requires a percentage of time traveling to support the team and customers, and for this you will need to be based in País Vasco, La Rioja, or Navarra. Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of sales and technicians’ team within your specified zone to achieve established sales targets Manage the day-to-day activities of a sales team in order to implement the organization's overall sales and support strategy for your assigned zone Identify opportunities and develop new programs to meet the organization's sales plans to increase market share Assess the needs for the addition of new selling programs and processes, conduct competitive analysis, and implement strategies Coach sales representatives and technicians on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services, on marketing campaigns and sales promotions, and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with a 4+ years of experience in relevant sales, technician, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences ~ Relevant medical industry experience and knowledge of Cardiovascular MarketUnderstanding of the Spanish health system ~ Good spoken & written Spanish and English skills ~ Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
