Are you excited about working in a fast-paced scale-up alongside a passionate and ambitious team? We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist in Barcelona to help us reach our goals.
What You’ll Do
* You lead the end-to-end project management process, from project initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and timelines.
* You develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
* You act as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation process, addressing concerns and ensuring clear communication.
* You collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique needs.
* You translate client requirements into actionable deliverables, providing guidance on best practices.
* You configure Yokoy to meet customer specifications and implement rigorous testing processes to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of the solution.
* You anticipate and address potential challenges to minimise impact on timelines and deliverables.
* You develop and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
What You’ll Need
* You’re an accomplished Project Manager, ideally with a track record of leading (software) implementation projects.
* You enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* You possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
* You are solution-oriented with a passion for overcoming challenges.
* You have an organised, structured, and analytical work approach.
* You can build relationships internally and externally, and adapt communication as needed.
* You are excited by challenges and have a personal drive to make a difference.
* Ideally you bring a good understanding of financial processes and project management methodologies; PMP certification is a strong advantage.
* Experience working with Financial SaaS products or platforms is a plus.
* Fluency in English and French is required; additional languages are a plus.
