Retail Sales Excellence – Modern Trade

Lead and implement the Sales Excellence strategy for the Modern Trade channel, ensuring best‑in‑class execution at the point of sale, continuous improvement of commercial processes, and sustainable business growth through excellence standards, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.

• 
  
• Design and implement the Sales Excellence framework for the Modern Trade channel (execution standards, KPIs, best practices).
  
• Ensure excellence in in‑store execution: assortment, planograms, pricing, promotions, visibility, and availability.
  
• Define and track key commercial and operational performance indicators (KPIs).
  
• Lead continuous improvement projects by identifying opportunities to optimize commercial and execution processes.
  
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, CS&E, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
  
• Analyze market data, sell‑out performance, and shopper insights to support decision‑making.
  

• 
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles, trade marketing, sales excellence, or similar positions within top FMCG companies in Spain (Nestlé, Danone, Unilever, P&G, Reckitt, or similar).
  
• Strong experience in the Modern Trade channel (large retail chains, supermarkets, organized retailers).
  
• Deep understanding of point‑of‑sale execution and the FMCG commercial model.
  
• Strong analytical skills.
  
• Experience in project management and organizational change.
  
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams. xpzdshu
