We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 5G DSP System Engineer to join our Advanced Communications technology team. This role involves the development and implementation of physical layer algorithms for cutting-edge 5G radio systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, modelling, and verifying signal processing algorithms with a strong focus on high-performance and real-time requirements.
Implement and simulate algorithmic prototypes using MATLAB, ensuring functionality and performance in simulated environments.Translate algorithmic models into structured, modular C/C++ code, targeting efficient hardware implementation.Validate and optimize algorithmic performance across a range of channel models and test vectors, ensuring alignment with 3GPP specifications.
D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.Strong understanding of digital communications theory, including modulation, channel estimation, equalization, and MIMO processing.Hands-on experience with MATLAB for algorithm development and simulation.Proficiency in structured C/C++ coding, with focus on performance, modularity, and hardware-compatibility.Experience with version control, code documentation, and unit testing frameworks.
