We are currently seeking a Support Engineer to join our team and collaborate with a multinational technology company focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and resolve customer issues, including daily troubleshooting, event management, and other technical support tasks.
* Track key demands and bugs for customers, collaborating with the product team to promote product optimization.
* Use Alibaba Cloud inspection and diagnosis tools to help customers avoid potential risks in critical systems and provide solutions to maintain system stability.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related fields.
* Experience in cloud computing or IT industry, with background in DevOps, service support, or solution architecture.
* Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues; familiar with optimizing cloud architectures and providing industry-specific solutions.
* Ability to design and implement cloud-based technology architectures.
* Understanding of Linux/Windows OS, computer networks, TCP/IP protocols, packet capture, and analysis; experienced with diagnosing network latency, packet loss, CDN, SLB products.
* Proficient in both Chinese and English, capable of using both as working languages.
* Availability for on-call duties during non-working hours with time off in lieu.
