Hybrid working model - Madrid: Twice per month on-site
Project Context
The project aims to establish a global Salesforce Core platform within the financial services and insurance sector, deploy it to priority countries, and support essential integrations.
This initiative will lay the foundation for enhanced operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and future CRM transformation phases.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior or Mid Project Manager to support project execution within a large-scale CRM transformation program. The ideal candidate will bring structured project coordination experience and, ideally, exposure to CRM-related initiatives.
A mixed business and IT profile capable of understanding both functional and technical requirements will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Support overall project planning and coordination
* Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables
* Identify and track risks and issues; support escalation processes
* Prepare and maintain project reporting and dashboards
* Assist with budgeting control and cost tracking
* Facilitate stakeholder communication and meeting coordination
* Perform standard PMO and project management support activities
Preferred Background & Skills
* Experience in project management or project coordination with a strong focus xohynlm on structure, organization, and delivery
* Exposure to CRM-related project execution is highly desirable (Salesforce).
* Ability to understand both business and IT requirements
* Experience working in international and multicultural environments across multiple time zones
* Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills
* Proficiency in MS 365 tools (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams)
* Fluent Business English required; Spanish is an advantage
