About the Role :
We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic tech team. You will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of Equito.
Key Responsibilities :
* Contribute to improving and scaling our systems, primarily built on Google Cloud + Firebase.
* Develop and enhance internal tools to streamline operations.
* Support feature development and optimize existing functionalities.
* Collaborate closely with the team to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.
Skills & Experience Required :
* Web development skills with React or similar frameworks.
* Understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud and Firebase.
* Experience with API development and integration.
* Database knowledge - NoSQL.
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Nice to Have :
* Experience with React and Next.js.
* Prior experience developing and scaling products and internal tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
* Understanding of security best practices in software development.
