Location: Remote (SA-based) initially, then relocation to Málaga, Spain
Contract Type: Daily Rate Contract (Pre-Relocation)
Salary Expectations:
3 years Experience - R4500 per day
4-5 years Experience - R5700 to R6800 per day(dependant on experience)
6+ years Experience - R7000 + per day
Job Overview
We're seeking a JIRA/Confluence specialist with deep knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem to support financial and tech teams. This is a unique relocation opportunity for South African professionals to join a forward-thinking organisation in Spain while starting remotely.
Responsibilities
* Configure, optimise, and maintain JIRA and Confluence environments
* Support cross-functional teams in using Atlassian tools effectively
* Automate workflows, create dashboards, and develop templates
* Provide user training and troubleshooting
* Integrate advanced plugins, tools, and AI solutions
* Proven expertise in JIRA and Confluence administration
* Hands-on experience across the broader Atlassian suite
* Familiarity with ROVO and AI agents (a plus)
* Strong understanding of agile methodologies
* Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
* Reliable laptop and internet connection
* Strong verbal and written English proficiency
