What you’ll do
- Design and lead integral training programs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored learning solutions.
- Coordinate blended, online, and in-person training experiences.
- Innovate with cutting-edge methodologies and digital tools.
- Analyze impact and continuously improve learning strategies.
What we’re looking for
- 6–8 years of L&D; experience in corporate settings.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in English (C1+); other languages are a plus.
- Experience with Moodle-based LMS platforms.
- A proactive, communicative, and quality-driven mindset.
