Senior Sales Manager – (PV / Energy Storage / BESS)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Overseas Sales Manager to lead international market development in the photovoltaic and energy storage sectors. The ideal candidate has a strong background in overseas sales, excellent cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to independently drive market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement overseas regional sales strategies, including annual and quarterly sales targets.
* Monitor sales performance, oversee execution, and ensure achievement of sales volume, revenue, and collection goals.
* Manage the full international sales process: customer acquisition, contract negotiation, logistics coordination, and after-sales support.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key global customers and strategic partners.
* Conduct market research and analyze global industry trends, policies, competition, and customer needs.
* Prepare market reports and provide insights to support strategic planning and product development.
* Participate in international exhibitions and support new regional market research as assigned.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of overseas sales experience in the new energy sector (photovoltaics or energy storage preferred).
* Proven ability to develop new markets independently with strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
* Good understanding of PV/energy storage technology, global industry trends, and international trade processes and regulations.
* Strong execution capability, team coordination skills, and adaptability to cross-time-zone work.
* High level of professionalism, resilience under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills
* Experience working with distributors or EPC clients in international markets
* Multilingual proficiency (a plus, but not mandatory)
* Familiarity with CRM systems and international sales tools
