Your roleRole focused onsoftware solution support ,data-driven service deployment, andproject collaborationfor Customer Center clients.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and retain customers under software contracts (TechCover).
Contribute to service contract development for installed solutions.Proactively deployData Driven ServicesandSmart Integrated Assembly (SIA).
Work with sales to define service support offers.Validate compatibility between Atlas Copco systems and tightening technologies.Integrate local developments with Atlas Copco tools.Manage requests and reporting viaQCMandSpirit.
Project & Commissioning PhaseAssess IT/SW scope and costs.Install, configure, and validate solutions.Handle change requests, testing, and customer training.Support during pilot and production integration phases.Maintenance PhaseProvide remote or on-site support.Monitor IT/SW incidents.Reconfigure systems and implement updates or upgrades.To succeed, you will needRequired KnowledgeKnowledge ofservo-controlled industrial electric tools.
Knowledge ofindustrial IT systemsand office software.Network infrastructure and main communication protocols.Knowledge ofDatabase Managementand communication protocols:
SQL / MQTT Brokers & MQTT Protocol / RabbitMQ / API / others.
Basic understanding ofautomation / PLC / MES / other related systems.
Ability to use the available equipment effectively.Knowledge ofIT project management.
Ability to work withsensitive data.
English level : B1/B2.Valid driving license (Category B).
