Job Purpose:
The Robotics Business Development Manager for Southern Europe is responsible for developing strategic business relationships, working closely with sales and marketing teams to meet sales targets, and expanding our robotic technology footprint. The role involves building customer relationships, negotiating deals, and staying informed on market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Forecast sales, manage budgets, and demand planning.
2. Prospect and develop new customer relationships.
3. Participate in setting pricing strategies.
4. Prepare commercial quotes and ensure compliance.
5. Negotiate and close deals.
6. Support after-sales and gather market insights.
7. Launch new products and software.
8. Attend conferences and develop marketing strategies.
9. Manage customer data and provide technical support.
10. Communicate with stakeholders to develop opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Master preferred.
* Experience in healthcare and capital equipment, preferably medical devices.
* Proven success in large-scale deal development.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent English communication skills; second language is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Willingness to travel up to 50%.
