Yourmainmissionwillbetocollaborateandcontributetoprojectmanagementandtheplanning,production, andexecutionofeventsdevelopedwithinEDADrinks&WineCampus.
Ourmainareasofworkfocuson:
Management andsupporttothe Management Team:
- Preparedocumentation,presentations, andmanagementreports.
- FollowuponEDAprojectsandstrategicinitiatives.
- Coordinatemeetingswithinternalandexternalstakeholders(wineries,institutions,orotheragents).
- Supporttheadministrative andoperationalmanagementoftheEDAproject.
- Co-designeachEDAevent.
- Plantheneedsandresourcesofeachevent,ensuringqualityprocesses.
- Executeand superviseeventproduction.
- Coordinatedifferentteamsandsuppliers.
- Documentthefinancialclosureofeachevent.
- Evaluateclientsatisfaction.
Requirements
Doyouidentifywiththefollowingcharacteristics?
- Youhave a Bachelor ́s Degree inGastronomy,Tourism,EventManagement, BusinessAdministration,ora similarfield.
- Youhaveexperienceinprojectmanagementand/oreventproduction.
- Youhaveorganizational,planning, and multitaskingskills.
- Youpossesscommunicationandcoordinationskillswithdifferentteams.
- Youare proactive andresults-oriented.
- Itwillmakeadifferenceif:
- YouarecomfortableinteractinginSpanish,Basque, and English (C1).
- Youhaveexperienceorinterestinthewineandbeveragesector.
- Youhaveworkedinacademic,research,orinnovationcenterenvironment
- Youhaveexperiencemanagingeventsininternationaland multiculturalsettings.
- Youhaveknowledgeofprojectmanagement.
