THE ROLE
The Customer Service Representative is based in our site in Badalona. Your key responsibilities include:
- Accurately entering and recording customer orders, monitoring their progress, and keeping customers informed at all times.
- Optimizing order size and frequency, as well as the full logistics process, including goods issue and shipment tracking.
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests, collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues.

THE PROFILE
- Solid professional experience in a similar role (customer service, supply chain, logistics, or procurement).
- Knowledge of order management and supply chain processes.
- Experience with SAP R3 – SD module (highly valued).
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written). Knowledge of other languages such as Italian, or Spanish will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
