We are seeking a talented Digital Traffic Leader to join the dynamic Marketing team of a leading family-owned group with a strong presence in the home automation industry. Tasks
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging and creative assets with campaign goals
- Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring timely delivery within scope and achieving KPIs
- Review traffic data to identify opportunities for improving user acquisition and conversion rates
- Track and analyse digital traffic metrics, offering practical recommendations for ongoing campaigns
- Use analytics platforms to monitor crucial metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Coordinate with local and general teams on digital strategies and stay updated on industry trends to drive growth initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Full Professional level of Spanish
- Full Professional level of English
- Proficiency in Portuguese, Italian, Greek, or Bulgarian is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related
- \+3 years of experience in digital marketing or digital traffic coordination
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to drive engagement and conversions
- Experience using analytics and digital tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush and Google Ads
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a dynamic setting
