Experteer OverviewIn this role you contribute to the EMEA Local Analytics Hub by translating business needs into analytics solutions. You'll work with regional commercial teams, BI and IT partners to shape analytics roadmaps and deliver data-driven value locally and across EMEA. You'll help define user stories, ensure clear readiness for sprints, and support testing and documentation. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position that directly impacts how data informs decisions.

- Gather and translate user needs into detailed requirements for the squad
- Build use cases, manage user stories, visualizations, and process flows
- Explain functional implementation to developers and improve user experience
- Plan ahead with sprint readiness and alignment of feature deliverables
- Communicate product vision to developers and testers
- Support UAT scripts and participate in User Acceptance Testing
- Document business processes for development and IT support
- Apply business process improvement to optimize outcomes
- Track metrics and build progress reports
- Manage dependencies across squads and coordinate with TPM and Product Owners
- Ensure SDLC compliance and up-to-date system documentation and configurations
- Understand the portfolio of IT systems used by the business and develop deep product/BPM expertise
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- >
3 years of experience indesigning, delivering, and supporting digital analytics solutions (front-end and back-end)
- Experience with BI reporting and data visualization tools (QlikSense/QlikCloud, PowerBI) and data management (Snowflake)
- Experience in Agile delivery and tools (JIRA) is a plus
- Experience with Advanced Analytics tools (Dataiku) and languages (Python, SQL) is a plus
- Curiosity for advanced data and analytics technologies (AI/ML) is a plus
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Familiarity with EU data privacy and security regulations
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation abilities
