Job Title: Support Engineer - Healthcare Systems
Job Description: Provide on-site technical expertise and support for healthcare systems to ensure high-quality assistance to our customers.
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
Minimum Required Experience: 1+ years in field service support, ideally in medical imaging or healthcare equipment.
Minimum Required Certification: Valid driver’s license; certifications in imaging equipment or healthcare (e.g., PACS) are advantageous.
Your Role: Deliver direct, on-site support for Philips healthcare systems at customer locations, ensuring system performance and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with technical and clinical teams, serve as the first contact for escalated issues, and support clinical system operations.
Participate in ongoing technical training, career development, and cross-functional exposure. Develop soft skills, mentorship abilities, and system specialization expertise.
Ideal Candidate: Has 1+ years supporting clinical informatics or imaging systems (PACS, RIS, VNA, CT, MRI, X-ray). Demonstrates troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Capable of working independently in high-pressure environments, with a proactive and adaptable approach. Willing to work flexible hours and travel locally.
Work Environment: Field-based roles outside main facilities, supporting customers and suppliers.
