Created in 1987, Europerfil manufactures profiles, sandwich panels, and innovative constructive solutions for metal cladding for all kinds of buildings. As a specialist in metal cladding, Europerfil develops and manufactures a wide range of products that form the skin of buildings. This range includes constructive profiles for roofs, facades, composite floors, and architectural facade profiles.
Polyurethane and poliisocianate sandwich panels for roofs and facades, refrigeration, and acoustic panels, architectural facade panels.
In addition to a wide range of accessories, colour range, and coatings that adapt to each project, atmosphere, and surroundings. Europerfil is present in all sectors of activity, innovating to offer a wide range of products, accessories, and constructive solutions for non-residential (industrial buildings, schools, social and cultural centres, refrigeration facilities, health centres, and buildings for transport and service stations), and residential buildings.
Europerfil started in a small factory located in Rubí (Barcelona). In 1992, we opened 10,000 m² of new facilities in Cervera (Lérida) for profile manufacturing. To locate the first panel line in 1998, we built a further 10,000 m². The second panel line opened in 2007, requiring an extension of an additional 10,000 m². Today, we have 30,000 m² of productive facilities in Cervera, where the company makes constant investments to ensure that our production capabilities are among the most advanced in the sector.
To strengthen our finance team and build our succession pipeline, we are looking for a
Controller
who reports directly to the CFO of Europerfil. The position is located in Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona).

Key Accountabilities
Contribute to financial reporting for Europerfil with a focus on quality and deadlines according to group requirements.
Monitor and manage sales, invoicing, down payments, and overdue accounts.
Provide advice and guidance within the controlling network to support decision-making, analyze KPIs, and suggest business improvements to increase profitability and cost-effectiveness while minimizing working capital.
Improve internal controls, implement and follow up on controls, and report related costs.
Follow up and analyze sales and margins.
Collaborate with group shared services on accounting, tax, and credit management during monthly and annual closing processes.
Assist in budget, forecast, and financial planning processes.
Ensure timely reporting to government authorities and handle Intrastat data related to investments, production, sales, exports, and imports.
Skills & Background
Education:
University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Applied Economics;
Business School.
Experience & Knowledge:
At least 3 years in accounting or controlling roles;
leadership experience;
proficiency in BPM and SAP is advantageous.
Personal Skills:
Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, team-oriented, pragmatic, problem solver, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, excellent communication and organizational skills.
Language:
Native Spanish required, very good English skills necessary.
