You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to create and improve our applications.
What You Will Do
* Implement solutions within our domain using Domain‐Driven Design (DDD).
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
* Participate in code reviews and collaborate in the continuous improvement of development processes.
* Work closely with the team to ensure an excellent user experience.
* Contribute to the definition of best practices and development standards within the team.
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work effectively across multiple engineering teams.
* Pragmatic and outcome‐oriented approach to engineering.
* Strong sense of ownership and operational responsibility.
* Passion for improving developer experience and team effectiveness.
* Fluency in Spanish and English.
Technical Skills
* Frontend Essentials: Proficiency in Sass, CSS preprocessors, and Internationalization (i18n) standards.
* Performance & Growth: Skilled in Web Performance Optimization (WPO), A/B testing, and managing Feature Flags.
* Engineering Excellence: Strong grasp of Clean Architecture, CI/CD, and Git.
* Reliability: Experience with system monitoring and alerting to ensure high‐quality software delivery.
