I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Lead to join a high-performing team delivering data-intensive and AI-driven solutions within a complex technology environment.
This role will suit someone who enjoys leading from the front technically, shaping architecture, mentoring engineers, and driving high-quality delivery across modern cloud platforms.
Key requirements:
• 5+ years in a Technical Lead or similar role
• Strong hands-on development experience with Python (backend) and Next. xohynlm js (frontend)
• Experience delivering data or AI-driven applications
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and Trunk-Based Development
• Experience working in Azure and/or AWS environments
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps and modern engineering practices
Location: Barcelona (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)
Compensation:
The position can be offered on a permanent or contract basis (Autónomo) at either approximately €75,000 per annum or approximately €500 per day.
