You will work in a greenfield setup and, together with the Integration Lead, develop the new integration ecosystem of the Berner Group – based on Workato and SAP BTP.
You will implement integrations, develop recipes and iflows, support modeling new interfaces, and contribute to a platform that forms the backbone of our digitalization.

Your Mission
1. Develop, test & optimize Workato recipes and SAP BTP integration flows
2. Implement technical integration requirements together with IT and business teams
3. Document, standardize & build reusable integration modules
4. Monitor, troubleshoot & optimize performance and scalability
5. Cloud consumption monitor and control(FinOps)
6. Create process descriptions and best practices
7. Help shape a modern integration governance framework including KPIs
What you bring
8. 2–3 years of experience in integration or automation
9. Hands-on experience with Workato or SAP BTP, ideally both (or strong willingness to learn)
10. Basic knowledge of APIs, OData, JSON/XML, and Webhook mechanisms
11. Interest in cloud, data flows, automation, and transformation
12. Team player with drive and hands-on mentality

13. Workato certifications
14. Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI)
15. Experience with enterprise apps (SAP, CRM, HR systems, etc.)
