We are looking for a Commercialisation Assistant to join IBERIA Commercialisation team in Barcelona. The role will be primarily focused on leading low complexity Commercial Change Projects, this is:
1. Artwork changes
2. Pack-Price Architecture changes or new formats
3. Brand Activation Projects with impact on packaging
4. Pep+ Rennovation projects for Sustainability or Positive Choices
5. Other
and support the execution stages, ensuring proper coordination of all Departments (Commercial and Operational) for a correct execution of the projects to launch new products (or product changes) into the market.
Responsibilities
6. X-functional project management, with particular focus on:
7. Follow-up the Stage & Gate management process and principles
8. Project Risk management & timeline management
9. Ensuring appropriate X-functional ways of working and management
10. Opportunity, Strategic fit and supply chain solution
11. Support in defining Project Scope, Project Plan and Financials
12. Coordinate proper execution process.
