Description
What to expect at Palisis: We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to provide excellent assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers with the functionalities of our product. Your responsibilities include being the first point of contact for the client, analyzing and monitoring issues, and deciding on the best and most efficient resolution. Additionally, you will contact potential customers to promote our product and generate new business relationships. You will use a ticketing system and phone to contact prospective customers and provide quick answers to existing clients.
To qualify, you should be fluent in Spanish, English, and German, and be naturally helpful, enthusiastic, enjoy assisting and interacting with people, and able to explain complex content simply. Living in Granada is a plus.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, mainly over our ticketing system and phone.
* Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
* Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the customer in a timely manner.
* Guide the customer through the problem-solving process.
* Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support.
* Educate customers about our system and its functionalities.
* Write articles to increase our knowledge base and improve our support center.
* Prioritize and manage multiple open cases simultaneously.
* Self-learn and acquire knowledge by reading manuals and working out solutions logically.
Personality:
* Great problem-solving skills, with working experience preferred but not necessary.
* Ability to multitask and work under time pressure.
* Enthusiastic, friendly, positive attitude.
Qualifications:
* Computer affinity and confident use of Microsoft Office tools.
