WHAT YOU WILL DO
At Agricultural Solutions (AP), we are a team of dedicated people who care about the future of farming.
As an industry leader with a broad portfolio of fungicides, insecticides, herbicides and seed treatments, BASF helps farmers sustainably increase the production and quality of their crops.
As Customer Service & Supply Chain Specialist, these will be your key responsibilities:
Agricultural Solutions Spain & Portugal is implementing the Differentiated Steering Project.
As primary focus during the implementation, you will lead and support the transition to SAP S / 4HANA for the Agricultural Solutions operations in Portugal.
Manage customer orders and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Maintain and update master data in SAP, including customers, products, offers, campaigns, and pricing.
Ensure accurate invoicing and credit note processing, aligned with corporate and tax regulations.
Support the sales team with order tracking, delivery updates, and customer data management.
Handle returns and non-conformances, ensuring smooth resolution with customers and logistics.
Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in annual stock counts, and manage aging stock.
Assist in supply chain operations, including refilling, repackaging, and relabeling activities with local suppliers.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
4–5 years of experience in logistics, customer service, or supply chain roles
Strong knowledge of SAP (especially module of Order to Invoice / Order to Cash, preferable experience with S / 4HANA) and Excel
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with IBM and Salesforce is a plus
Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
Strong communication, customer focus, and collaboration skills
Proactive, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset
