Your talent drives our futureGetnet Payments (Global team) is seeking an experienced International Financial Manager to lead and optimize the Group's financial management in Boadilla del Monte. The role demands deep technical expertise across cash management, funding, FX and interest rate risk management, derivatives, and IFRS‐compliant treasury practices, combined with strong governance, systems, and stakeholder management capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee cash and capital management, including budgeting, strategic planning and forecasting.Prepare monthly liquidity and capital management statements for senior management.Collaborate with jurisdictions in designing and executing effective capital and liquidity structures.Structure and negotiate financing facilities, guarantees, and intercompany funding arrangements.Provide financial management input for corporate refinancing and strategic decisions.Identify, measure, and manage FX and interest rate exposures across the Group.Design and execute effective risk management strategies, including the selection and execution of appropriate derivatives.Processes, Controls & SystemsDefine and maintain Group financial risk management policies in line with EU regulatory and internal controls.Lead and assure consistency and effectiveness of internal controls across treasury operations.Drive process harmonisation and automation across the Group, building a sound and efficient operating model.Design and implement automated liquidity and capital reporting with deep insights into core payment operations.Ensure compliance with European banking regulations, tax, and related legal implications.Act as primary contact for internal and external auditors, legal, tax, risk and compliance functions.GovernanceLead and collaborate with local & Santander financial management teams.Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Risk, Compliance globally.Ensure governance aligns with IFRS reporting, risk appetite frameworks, and Group's financial strategy.QualificationsMinimum 10 years in similar roles, preferably with a strong technical and operational financial management background.Availability to travel is required.
