**Job description**:
As part of our organizational development and to support our growth, we are looking for a **HR Business Partner** to join our office in **Madrid**.
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will support operational teams on HR matters within your region. You will act as an advisor to employees on all HR-related topics and guide them in their career development.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- ** Oversee HR development** (recruitment, training, career management, etc.) as well as personnel administration,
- Ensure **compliance**with the **legal framework** and conduct regulatory monitoring,
- Organize employee representative elections and **lead the works council**,
- ** Lead negotiations** and draft company agreements,
- Acting as an **interface between your region, the Human Resources Department, and other HR Business Partners.**
**Profile**:
With a **Master's degree in Human Resources or Labor law,** you have gained at least **10 years of experience** in a similar role within a multi-site, human-scale organization.
Recognized for your **hands-on approach**, strong organizational skills, and **attention to detail**, you also have **strong knowledge of labor law** and demonstrate autonomy.
Fluency in **spoken and written Spanish and French** is essential. A good level of **English** is a plus.
